Duck wings 56% (duck, salt, pepper), sauce [water, Sauternes wine 12%, sweet white wine (sulphites), fresh cream, modified cornstarch, thickened veal stock (flavouring, wheat maltodextrine, potato starch, modified cornstarch, salt, dextrose, palm fat, boiling fowl fat, onion, veal, tomato, wheat flour, thickening agent: guar gum, garlic, beef extract, sugar, mutton fat, sodium carbonates), wheat flour, duck fat, honey, salt, pepper), mushroom, leek, pre-fried sliced onion (onion, sunflower oil).

Duck in Sauternes wine


A subtle association between prime duck and the unique aromas of the notoriously renowned sweet Sauternes wine. Mushrooms and leek are ideal served with this dish for the connoisseur. A culinary must.

Instructions for use :
Serve with pasta or rice. Wine suggestion: a chilled sweet white wine or a rosé.
