Ingredients :
Duck wings 53% (duck, salt, pepper), sauce [water, thickened veal stock (flavouring, wheat maltodextrine, potato starch, modified cornstarch, salt, dextrose, palm fat, boiling fowl fat, onion, veal, tomato, wheat flour, thickening agent: guar gum, garlic, beef extract, sugar, mutton fat, sodium carbonates), modified cornstarch, wheat flour, duck fat, salt, flavouring (flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate; wheat derivatives) , pepper], cep mushroom 7% (Boletus Edulis).

Duck with cep mushrooms


This traditional dish that was first made in farms only during the mushroom harvest, can now be served at your table at anytime. The flavour of the duck together with the unique flavour of the cep mushroom will assure a great meal.

Instructions for use :
Reheat in a double boiler or microwave. Serve with pasta, steamed potatoes or pan-fried cep mushrooms
