Duck foie gras -  Champagne 2% - Salt - Pepper 0.6% (black and white Sarawak 0.35%, Maniguette 0.25%) Sugar Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate - Preservative: sodium nitrite.

Whole Duck Foie Gras with
2 Peppers and Champagne


In this recipe, the flavour of our whole duck foie gras is enhanced by the two pepper varieties (Maniguette and Sarawak) and with a dash of Champagne. Worth trying!

Instructions for use :
Serve cold. To easily remove the foie gras from the tin, place it in warm water for a few seconds.
