The conditions herein apply, without restriction or reservation, to all products offered for sale by Pierre Champion, through the website www.rougie.com (hereinafter known as the "Site") and delivered in accordance with on-line orders from private individuals for their personal use (hereinafter known as "the Client"), of which delivery shall take place in the European Union and Switzerland, with the exception of semi-cooked products, which can only be delivered to Metropolitan France and Corsica (hereinafter known as "Products").

Article 3 : Acceptance of the general terms of business
The general conditions herein apply only to individuals who are not acting in the capacity of Trader within the meaning of the Consumer Code and acting for their personal needs only.
Minors do not have legal rights. Consequently, they are only eligible to order from the Site www.rougie.com with the express authorisation of their legal representatives. It is the latter who shall be liable with regard to Pierre Champion.
The Client acknowledges having taken cognizance, at the time of placing the order, of the special terms of business mentioned on the Site (description, price, composition, weight, quantity, product specificities, and limitations of certain product categories) as well as the conditions displayed on the screen which together form the general conditions of online sale applicable to Products.
The general terms herein are also available in English, German and Spanish.
The general terms of business herein prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, unless there is express, prior and written authorisation from Pierre Champion and exclude all other terms of business, in particular those applying to the sale in shops and/or by catalogue. Consequently, the placing of an order by the Client constitutres full and complete acceptance of the general terms herein, which are the only ones applicable to the contract thus entererd into.
Pierre Champion shall have the right to change the general terms of business herein depending on the changes in his offering and in the market. Any change shall take immediate effect from the time it is live on the Site. It shall not apply to transactions which are on-going at the time that it becomes effective.
Unless otherwise proven, the data registered by Pierre Champion constitutes proof of all communication, orders and payments that have taken place between the Client and Pierre Champion.
Article 4 : Description of Products
The Product description is provided through a document, presenting, for each product, their main characteristics.
The price of Products is in Euros inclusive of taxes. All Products presented conform to French and European regulations. Pierre Champion shall not be held responsible for non-compliance with regulatory or legal provisions which apply in the country of delivery.
Photographs illustrating the Products are non-contractual. Any differences between photographs and actual Products may be minor differences and have no bearing on the main characteristics of the Products.
Any errors, notably typographical, if they appear, shall in no way be binding on Pierre Champion.
Protection of minors: In accordance with Article L 3342-1 of the Public Health Code, which stipulates that the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of sixteen (16) years is prohibited, the Client certifies, when placing his order, that he is sixteen (16) years or older at the date of the order by accepting the general terms of business as per the conditions specified above.
Article 5 : Contents and acceptance of orders
All orders of Products made online on the Site should be for the personal use of Clients. Consequently the Client is prohibited from any industrial and/or commercial use, and partial or total resale of the Products.
The Client may place an order by choosing the products and selecting the appropriate reference and clicking on "Add to basket". The Client may carry on shopping by clicking on the "Continue shopping" button or go to his basket by clicking on "Access basket". Thereafter, he should follow the next steps, entitled "Create my account" and "Contact details and delivery".
Following this, there will be a summary of the order, entitled "Order summary", which can be viewed at any time, showing all the details of the order and showing the total amount payable including postage and packaging. As long as the Client has not confirmed this order he access it and add to it, change it or cancel it by clicking on "Access basket".
Once he has finalised his choice, the Client shall confirm his order by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" button. The Client expressly acknowledges that he has had the opportunity to check the details of his order, its total price inclusive of taxes, and to correct any errors, before confirming his agreement.
Once the Client has confirmed his order and payment, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled by the Client. The Client is bound by the information he gives: in the case of error in the particulars relating to quantities, Product description or delivery details, Pierre Champion shall not be held responsible for his inability, as the case may be, to deliver the Product.
The Client shall receive an acknowledgement of receipt at the earliest by e-mail.
The order shall only be considered as accepted by Pierre Champion once an order confirmation has been sent.
Order confirmation:
Pierre Champion shall confirm the order to the Client within seventy-two (72) working hours from registration of the order. However Pierre Champion reserves the right not to confirm the order to the Client, notably in cases of problems with the supply of Products, unusual orders, or payment defaults. Pierre Champion shall issue within the same time limit a notice of rejection of the order.
The order confirmation shall summarise the nature, quantities ordered, unit price of each Product, the pricees inclusive of taxes of the order, and postage and packaging charges. This price shall be invoiced to the Client. It is expressed in Euros, inclusive of all taxes.
No new order may be registered and confirmed by Pierre Champion before valid payment by the Client of the sums due for previous orders.
Article 6 : Place, charges, time and conditions of delivery
Place of delivery:
This Site is reserved for orders placed by private individuals living in the European Union and in Switzerland and where delivery shall be made in the European Union and Switzerland.

Delivery times:
Pierre Champion undertakes to deliver the Products ordered by the Client
in Metropolitan France and in Corsica within 3 days
to countries in the European Union, other than France, and Switzerland, within 3 to 5 days
to overseas departments and territorial communities within 5 to 7 days
Delivery time begins only after the Client has received confirmation of the order.
This time limits are understood to be working days (no delivery over weekends and on public holidays), excluding problems of transport, force majeure, or any exceptional circumstances in general, and subject to availability of Products.
For any order over 500 euros inclusive of taxes, a maximum delivery date shall be specified in the order confirmation.
In case of non-delivery of a Product due to unavailability, Pierre Champion shall inform the Client and undertakes to propose a similar Product in order not to delay delivery or, unless otherwise specified by the Client, reimburse the latter within 30 days at the latest.

Terms of delivery:
Products are sent to the address specified by the Client on the order. The Client undertakes to take delivery of the Products ordered. In the event of absence, the carrier shall leave a non-delivery notice at the delivery address specified by the Client asking him to contact the carrier to arrange another delivery or to pick up the Products from the carrier.
If a delivery cannot be made due to an error in the delivery details specified on the order, the costs of re-sending the Products shall be borne exclusively by the Client.
Duties, taxes and Customs:
A - VAT
Regulations are determined by the European Union. Dispatches to a country in the European Union are subject to French VAT, the rates of which are:
Foie gras, specialities, pâtés, cooked dishes: 5.50 %
Wine: 19.60%
Assorted food products: 5.50%
Chocolates: 5.50% or 19.60% depending upon the percentage of cocoa and the product composition
B - Taxes and Customs duties:
Customs duties, if any, to be paid at destination shall be borne by the Client. It is thus the Client's responsibility to find out from the local authorities of any restrictions regarding the import of the ordered Products.
Article 7 : Transportation
For transportation within France, overseas departments and territorial communities:
The Client should check the state of the package in the presence of the carrier. Any justified complaint should be made at the time of receipt of the Products or received by the carrier within three (3) days at the latest, excluding public holidays, by extrajudicial document or registered letter.
For transportation within the European Union and to Switzerland:
The Client should check the state of the package in the presence of the carrier. All complaints concerning:
- obvious damage, shall be made in writing uponhanding over of the package, or at the time of a joint report signed by the Client and the carrier.
- damages which are not obvious, shall be received by the carrier within seven (7) days at the latest (excluding Sundays and public holidays), again by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Special conditions for the transportation of semi-cooked Products:
In order to ensure their conservation during transport, these Products are packed in cool boxes with ice packs. A brightly-coloured tag is affixed to the package to indicate the presence of a fresh Product. The quality of these Products is guaranteed if transportation time is less than two (2) days. For the purposes herein, transportation time is defined as the period of time between the day the Product is handed over to the carrier by Pierre Champion, and the day it arrives at the Client’s place. This time limit should be checked by the Client at the time the Products are handed over by the carrier, by checking the date indicated on the brightly-coloured tag which is affixed on semi-cooked Products.
Consequently, if the transportation time limit thus calculated exceeds two (2) days, and only if semi-cooked products have been ordered, we would ask you not to eat these Products and to call our customer service on (+33) 05-53-08-12-18 in order to arrange for their return.
Article 8 : Prices:
The prices applicable to Products are those specified on the Site at the time of registration of the order by the Client and are understood to be in euros, inclusive of all taxes and excluding delivery costs.
The delivery costs mentioned in the order summary and on the invoice are inclusive of all taxes.
Article 9 : Terms and conditions of payment
Orders placed online are payable in cash in accordance with the conditions mentioned hereinafter, without discount. Payment of orders placed by the Client may be done online by credit card (Carte Bleue debit card, Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard) through the PAYBOX secured payment system at the time the order is confirmed.
Online payment of the order shall be deemed done upon receipt by Pierre Champion of the agreement of payment by the Client's bank.
All steps in the process of payment between the Client and PAYBOX are totally encrypted and protected. The protocol used is SSL combined with credit card e-payment. This implies that the information relating to the order and the credit card number do not circulate openly on the Internet.
You can check that you are operating in secure mode at the time of making your online payment. In this case, a closed padlock is displayed at the bottom of your computer's navigation window.

Once the payment has been made, the Client will receive at the earliest an e-mail acknowledging receipt.
Article 10 : Right of return
In accordance with the law, the Client enjoys a right of return of seven (7) clear days as from receipt of the Products, to return at his expense any product with the exception of perishable, semi-cooked Products, for refund, without prejudice, provided the Products are returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice, to our customer service at the following address:

In the event of non-compliance by Pierre Champion of the obligation to confirm the order, the right of return is extended to three (3) months. If within three (3) months as from the date of receipt of the Product, the order confirmation is received, the time limit of seven (7) clear days from the date of receipt of the said confirmation applies.
Pierre Champion undertakes to reimburse the Client the price of the Product within thirty (30) days following the date at which the right of return was exercised.
By express convention, a perishable product is understood to be, a semi-cooked product on which is affixed a Use By Date (UBD), as is described in Article 11.
Article 11 : Storage, quality charter and traceability of Products/strong>
Storage conditions:
Preserved Products should be stored at room temperature, preferably in a cool, dry place.
Semi-cooked Products must be kept in the refrigerator (between 0 et 4°C) as soon as they are received by the Client.
Quality Control and traceability of Products:
All our Products are controlled by our internal laboratory to ensure total safety. Our Products are identified by an ink stamp on the tin or jar, follows:

Conditions for consumption:
For preserved Products, the date limit indicated is a Best Before Date (BBD). We guarantee the sanitary and organoleptic qualities of the Product up to that date. Beyond that date, the Product may be consumed for several months, but it may lose certain gustatory qualities (for example, seasoning).>
For semi-cooked Products, the date limit indicated is a Use by Date (UBD), a date which must be respected imperatively. Beyond that date, the Product becomes unfit for consumption.
For any claims about a Product, we ask that you specify the Product code and the Use By Date or Best Before Date.
Article 12 : GUARANTEES
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from the enjoying the right of return as provided for in Article 10.
All Products may either be:
(i) exchanged; if the Client notices the slightest problem upon receipt of the Product, please contact our customer service by telephone (+33) 05 53 08 12 18 or by e-mail service-client@rougie.com We shall then exchange the Product.
(ii) exchanged or refunded; if the Client notices the slightest problem when using the Product, please simply return the Product. You will receive a replacement Product or refund for the defective Product, whichever you prefer. In the case of a request for refund of an item which was on offer at a lower price during a promotion, the Client shall be reimbursed the sum invoiced. No request for exchange or reimbursement shall be accepted after the Use By Date for semi-cooked Products or the Best Before Date for other Products, whichever is applicable.
The transportation costs involved in the return of Products shall in both cases be borne by Pierre Champion.
In accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity, Products and their packaging which appear defective, spoilt or damaged shall be exchanged or reimbursed, whichever you prefer. In this event, the Client shall send a letter to Pierre Champion detailing the defects noticed in the Products and/or their packaging. The costs of sending and returning shall be reimbursed to you on the basis of the rates invoiced.
In any case, you are protected by the provisions of the legal guarantee of latent defects, which requires the professional seller to guarantee the buyer against all consequences of defects or latent defects in the thing sold. Moreover, Pierre Champion is bound by defects in conformity of the contract and redhibitory defects as per the conditions provided for in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
Article L211-4 Consumer Code: "The seller is bound to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is accountable for conformity defects present at delivery. He is equally accountable for conformity defects resulting from packaging, assembly or installation instructions when these have been assigned to him by the contract or carried out under his responsibility."
Article L211-5 Consumer Code: "In order to conform to the contract, the goods should:
1º Be suitable for the normal use expected from such goods and, if need be:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that he has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- have the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect taking into consideration public statements made by the seller, the manufacturer or his representative, in particular in advertising and labelling;
2º Or present the characteristics mutually defined between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller, and accepted by the latter. »
Article L211-12 Consumer Code: "The action resulting from a conformity defect is due within two years starting from the date of delivery of the goods."
Article 1641 of the Civil Code: "A seller is bound to a warranty on account of the latent defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it was intended, or which so impair that use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have given a lesser price for it, had he known of them."
Article 1648 al 1st Civil Code: "The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the buyer within two years starting from the discovery of the defect."
Article 13: Responsibility
Every necessary care has been taken to ensure that the Products conform to the description appearing on the Site at the time of order and that they comply with the applicable legislation in France and in the European Union.
It is therefore the Client’s sole responsibility to check that the Products can be delivered and consumed in their country of final destinaton.
The dates for consumption indicated on the Products must be respected by the Client. Moreover, Pierre Champion draws the attention of the Client to the fact that he should neither consume the Products or allow them to be consumed beyond the date limit indicated on the packaging, nor if the Products appear to have deteriorated.
Pierre Champion shall not be held responsible for any contractual nonfulfilment which originates from (i) a case of force majeure beyond Pierre Champion's control such as, in particular, war, riots, strikes, fire, transportation problems, storm, and/or (ii) unforeseeable and insurmountable difficulties of a third party to the contract and/or (iii) the Client.
Article 14 : Member of the FEVAD
Pierre Champion is a member of the Fédération des Entreprises de Vente à Distance (FEVAD : www.fevad.com ) (French federation of e-selling companies) and undertakes to respect the charter of the profession.
Article 15 : "Data Processing & Civil Liberties" Law
Your personal information is treated in accordance with what is stipulated in our privacy charter mentioned under the heading Confidentiality.
Article 16 : Storage of the contract and provision of access thereto
The information and data relating to you are necessary for the management of your order and our business relationships. It is stored in a database in our server hosted in France by our service provider BDL systems S.A.
The data stored in your personal account enables us to process your transaction properly. Moreover, these data, once registered, enable you to carry out your future transactions more rapidly.

Article 17: Applicable law - Settlement of disputes - Partial invalidity
By express agreement between the parties, this contract is governed by French law, to the exclusion of any other legislation. It is drawn up in French. In the event that it is translated into one or more other languages, only the French version would prevail in case of dispute.
The sale contract for the Products ordered on the Site is deemed to have been entered into at the registered office of Pierre Champion.
The invalidity of one or more clauses of the general terms of business of Pierre Champion shall not give rise to the invalidity of these conditions.

In case of non-delivery of a Product due to unavailability, Pierre Champion shall inform the Client and undertakes to propose a similar Product in order not to delay delivery or, unless otherwise specified by the Client, reimburse the latter within 30 days at the latest.

Terms of delivery:
Products are sent to the address specified by the Client on the order. The Client undertakes to take delivery of the Products ordered. In the event of absence, the carrier shall leave a non-delivery notice at the delivery address specified by the Client asking him to contact the carrier to arrange another delivery or to pick up the Products from the carrier.
If a delivery cannot be made due to an error in the delivery details specified on the order, the costs of re-sending the Products shall be borne exclusively by the Client.
Duties, taxes and Customs:
A - VAT
Regulations are determined by the European Union. Dispatches to a country in the European Union are subject to French VAT, the rates of which are:
Foie gras, specialities, pâtés, cooked dishes: 5.50 %
Wine: 19.60%
Assorted food products: 5.50%
Chocolates: 5.50% or 19.60% depending upon the percentage of cocoa and the product composition
B - Taxes and Customs duties:
Customs duties, if any, to be paid at destination shall be borne by the Client. It is thus the Client's responsibility to find out from the local authorities of any restrictions regarding the import of the ordered Products.
Article 7 : Transportation
For transportation within France, overseas departments and territorial communities:
The Client should check the state of the package in the presence of the carrier. Any justified complaint should be made at the time of receipt of the Products or received by the carrier within three (3) days at the latest, excluding public holidays, by extrajudicial document or registered letter.
For transportation within the European Union and to Switzerland:
The Client should check the state of the package in the presence of the carrier. All complaints concerning:
- obvious damage, shall be made in writing uponhanding over of the package, or at the time of a joint report signed by the Client and the carrier.
- damages which are not obvious, shall be received by the carrier within seven (7) days at the latest (excluding Sundays and public holidays), again by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Special conditions for the transportation of semi-cooked Products:
In order to ensure their conservation during transport, these Products are packed in cool boxes with ice packs. A brightly-coloured tag is affixed to the package to indicate the presence of a fresh Product. The quality of these Products is guaranteed if transportation time is less than two (2) days. For the purposes herein, transportation time is defined as the period of time between the day the Product is handed over to the carrier by Pierre Champion, and the day it arrives at the Client’s place. This time limit should be checked by the Client at the time the Products are handed over by the carrier, by checking the date indicated on the brightly-coloured tag which is affixed on semi-cooked Products.
Consequently, if the transportation time limit thus calculated exceeds two (2) days, and only if semi-cooked products have been ordered, we would ask you not to eat these Products and to call our customer service on (+33) 05-53-08-12-18 in order to arrange for their return.
Article 8 : Prices:
The prices applicable to Products are those specified on the Site at the time of registration of the order by the Client and are understood to be in euros, inclusive of all taxes and excluding delivery costs.
The delivery costs mentioned in the order summary and on the invoice are inclusive of all taxes.
Article 9 : Terms and conditions of payment
Orders placed online are payable in cash in accordance with the conditions mentioned hereinafter, without discount. Payment of orders placed by the Client may be done online by credit card (Carte Bleue debit card, Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard) through the PAYBOX secured payment system at the time the order is confirmed.
Online payment of the order shall be deemed done upon receipt by Pierre Champion of the agreement of payment by the Client's bank.
All steps in the process of payment between the Client and PAYBOX are totally encrypted and protected. The protocol used is SSL combined with credit card e-payment. This implies that the information relating to the order and the credit card number do not circulate openly on the Internet.

Once the payment has been made, the Client will receive at the earliest an e-mail acknowledging receipt.
Article 10 : Right of return
In accordance with the law, the Client enjoys a right of return of seven (7) clear days as from receipt of the Products, to return at his expense any product with the exception of perishable, semi-cooked Products, for refund, without prejudice, provided the Products are returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice, to our customer service at the following address:

In the event of non-compliance by Pierre Champion of the obligation to confirm the order, the right of return is extended to three (3) months. If within three (3) months as from the date of receipt of the Product, the order confirmation is received, the time limit of seven (7) clear days from the date of receipt of the said confirmation applies.
Pierre Champion undertakes to reimburse the Client the price of the Product within thirty (30) days following the date at which the right of return was exercised.
By express convention, a perishable product is understood to be, a semi-cooked product on which is affixed a Use By Date (UBD), as is described in Article 11.
Article 11 : Storage, quality charter and traceability of Products/strong>
Storage conditions:
Preserved Products should be stored at room temperature, preferably in a cool, dry place.
Semi-cooked Products must be kept in the refrigerator (between 0 et 4°C) as soon as they are received by the Client.
Quality Control and traceability of Products:
All our Products are controlled by our internal laboratory to ensure total safety. Our Products are identified by an ink stamp on the tin or jar, follows:

Conditions for consumption:
For preserved Products, the date limit indicated is a Best Before Date (BBD). We guarantee the sanitary and organoleptic qualities of the Product up to that date. Beyond that date, the Product may be consumed for several months, but it may lose certain gustatory qualities (for example, seasoning).>
For semi-cooked Products, the date limit indicated is a Use by Date (UBD), a date which must be respected imperatively. Beyond that date, the Product becomes unfit for consumption.
For any claims about a Product, we ask that you specify the Product code and the Use By Date or Best Before Date.
Article 12 : GUARANTEES
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from the enjoying the right of return as provided for in Article 10.
All Products may either be:
(i) exchanged; if the Client notices the slightest problem upon receipt of the Product, please contact our customer service by telephone (+33) 05 53 08 12 18 or by e-mail service-client@rougie.com We shall then exchange the Product.
(ii) exchanged or refunded; if the Client notices the slightest problem when using the Product, please simply return the Product. You will receive a replacement Product or refund for the defective Product, whichever you prefer. In the case of a request for refund of an item which was on offer at a lower price during a promotion, the Client shall be reimbursed the sum invoiced. No request for exchange or reimbursement shall be accepted after the Use By Date for semi-cooked Products or the Best Before Date for other Products, whichever is applicable.
The transportation costs involved in the return of Products shall in both cases be borne by Pierre Champion.
In accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity, Products and their packaging which appear defective, spoilt or damaged shall be exchanged or reimbursed, whichever you prefer. In this event, the Client shall send a letter to Pierre Champion detailing the defects noticed in the Products and/or their packaging. The costs of sending and returning shall be reimbursed to you on the basis of the rates invoiced.
In any case, you are protected by the provisions of the legal guarantee of latent defects, which requires the professional seller to guarantee the buyer against all consequences of defects or latent defects in the thing sold. Moreover, Pierre Champion is bound by defects in conformity of the contract and redhibitory defects as per the conditions provided for in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
Article L211-4 Consumer Code: "The seller is bound to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is accountable for conformity defects present at delivery. He is equally accountable for conformity defects resulting from packaging, assembly or installation instructions when these have been assigned to him by the contract or carried out under his responsibility."
Article L211-5 Consumer Code: "In order to conform to the contract, the goods should:
1º Be suitable for the normal use expected from such goods and, if need be:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that he has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- have the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect taking into consideration public statements made by the seller, the manufacturer or his representative, in particular in advertising and labelling;
2º Or present the characteristics mutually defined between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller, and accepted by the latter. »
Article L211-12 Consumer Code: "The action resulting from a conformity defect is due within two years starting from the date of delivery of the goods."
Article 1641 of the Civil Code: "A seller is bound to a warranty on account of the latent defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it was intended, or which so impair that use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have given a lesser price for it, had he known of them."
Article 1648 al 1st Civil Code: "The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the buyer within two years starting from the discovery of the defect."
Article 13: Responsibility
Every necessary care has been taken to ensure that the Products conform to the description appearing on the Site at the time of order and that they comply with the applicable legislation in France and in the European Union.
It is therefore the Client’s sole responsibility to check that the Products can be delivered and consumed in their country of final destinaton.
The dates for consumption indicated on the Products must be respected by the Client. Moreover, Pierre Champion draws the attention of the Client to the fact that he should neither consume the Products or allow them to be consumed beyond the date limit indicated on the packaging, nor if the Products appear to have deteriorated.
Pierre Champion shall not be held responsible for any contractual nonfulfilment which originates from (i) a case of force majeure beyond Pierre Champion's control such as, in particular, war, riots, strikes, fire, transportation problems, storm, and/or (ii) unforeseeable and insurmountable difficulties of a third party to the contract and/or (iii) the Client.
Article 14 : Member of the FEVAD
Pierre Champion is a member of the Fédération des Entreprises de Vente à Distance (FEVAD : www.fevad.com ) (French federation of e-selling companies) and undertakes to respect the charter of the profession.
Article 15 : "Data Processing & Civil Liberties" Law
Your personal information is treated in accordance with what is stipulated in our privacy charter mentioned under the heading Confidentiality.
Article 16 : Storage of the contract and provision of access thereto
The information and data relating to you are necessary for the management of your order and our business relationships. It is stored in a database in our server hosted in France by our service provider BDL systems S.A.
The data stored in your personal account enables us to process your transaction properly. Moreover, these data, once registered, enable you to carry out your future transactions more rapidly.
To access your personal data as registered by Pierre Champion, simply make the request online or through the post, indicating your surname, name, address, and if possible your client reference.

Article 17: Applicable law - Settlement of disputes - Partial invalidity
By express agreement between the parties, this contract is governed by French law, to the exclusion of any other legislation. It is drawn up in French. In the event that it is translated into one or more other languages, only the French version would prevail in case of dispute.
The sale contract for the Products ordered on the Site is deemed to have been entered into at the registered office of Pierre Champion.
The invalidity of one or more clauses of the general terms of business of Pierre Champion shall not give rise to the invalidity of these conditions.
