All orders are sent the next day (no dispatch over the weekend* and on public holidays). After dispatch processing by our Logistics Department.
*For all orders placed over the weekend (Friday after 4 pm, Saturday, Sunday), dispatch will be made on Monday (if not a public holiday).

Dispatch to Metropolitan France and Corsica:

For any dispatch of preserved and semi-preserved or "semi-cooked" products
Your order is delivered by GLS (General Logistics Systems) ;

• within 24 - 48 hours for orders of semi-preserved or "semi-cooked" products and mixed orders (preserved and semi-preserved)*
• within 72 hours for orders of preserved products or products not requiring special storage conditions (room temperature).

Dispatch to the European Union, Switzerland, overseas departments and territorial communities

For dispatch of all preserved products, your order will be delivered by ColiPoste's 'Colissimo Expert International' service

• in 3 to 5 days from metropolitan France to the European Union and Switzerland
• within 5 to 7 days from Metropolitan France to overseas departments and territorial communities.

These time limits are understood to be working days, excluding transport problems and depend on availability of products.
If case the recipient is absent, the carrier shall leave a non-delivery notice to arrange another visit or for the products to be picked up from the carrier.

*Transport conditions for semi-preserved or "semi-cooked" products:
In order to ensure their conservation during transport, semi-preserved (or "semi-cooked") products are packed in cool boxes with ice packs to maintain low temperatures
A brightly-coloured tag is affixed to the package to indicate the presence of a semi-preserved product.
Delivery time is guaranteed within 24 and 48 hours. After this time, and only if you have ordered semi-preserved products, we would ask you not to eat the products and to call our customer service on (+33) 05-53-08-12-18 in order to arrange the return of the goods.

Towards the year-end, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible to ensure delivery in optimal conditions.

Processing, postage and packaging costs

Costs are fixed depending upon destination and the type of product:
Metropolitan France and Corsica: 5.95€ inclusive of taxes for products which are "preserved" and 7.50€ inclusive of taxes for products which are "semi-cooked"
overseas departments/territorial communities: please contact us

Switzerland: 25.00€ inclusive of taxes
