Preserved products should be kept at room temperature, preferably in a cool, dry place.
Semi-preserved or "semi-cooked" products must be kept in the refrigerator (between 0 and 4°C) as soon as they are received
All our products are controlled by our in-house Quality laboratory to ensure total safety.
Identification of batches is made by an ink stamp on the tin or jar, as follows:

For preserved products, the date limit indicated is a Best Before Date (BBD). We guarantee the sanitary and organoleptic qualities of the product up to that date. Beyond that date, the product may still be consumed for several months, but it may lose certain gustatory qualities (for example, seasoning).
For semi-preserved or "semi-cooked" products, to be kept at between 0 and + 4°C, the date limit indicated is a Use By Date (UBD), which must be respected imperatively. Beyond that date, the product becomes unfit for consumption.
For any claim regarding a product, we ask that you specify the product code and the Use By Date or the Best Before Date*.
