We do everything œpossible to ensure optimum quality in the making of our culinary specialities, for your entire satisfaction.
However, if by some unlikely chance, you find the slightest fault with our product at the time of serving, simply return it to us.
At your request, you will receive either another speciality in exchange, or a refund for the relevant amount.
Moreover, if you notice the slightest defect at upon reception of your order, please contact our customer service, by telephone on (+33) 05 53 08 12 18 by e-mail service-client@rougie.com.
We will then exchange the product.
If you change your mind, you have seven (7) clear days as from as from delivery of the Products, to return it to ROUGIE, provided that the Products are returned,
in their original packaging and in perfect condition, to our customer service at the following address:

Return charges shall be borne by the client. We undertake to refund you the cost of the Product within thirty (30) days following the date at which you exercised your right of return. For this purpose, please contact us on (+ 33) 05 53 08 12 18 or by e-mail: service-client@rougie.com.
