BONNET MAESTRO is a small production company of upscale cooking ranges, based in the Drôme region, and totally dedicated to the creation of custom pianos made for the highest level of performance.
Our concept of the “cold piano” using induction is being used by Marc Meurin, Michel Troisgros, Thierry Marx and Anne-Sophie Pic. This is the cutting-edge technology chosen by Jean-Luc Danjou and Pascal Schneider, because a school owes it to itself to have the very best of future technologies.
The two pianos at the School of Foie Gras are therefore top of the line: the upper part consists of instant heating range-tops, induction woks, griddles and multifunctioning appliances. The lower part consists of drawers whose temperatures can be adjusted to hot, warm or cold for any type of preparation. With MAESTRO, we fully embrace the HQE concept :
• Respect of the product by insisting on precision and regulation of temperatures to preserve the organoleptic qualities.
• Respect for the kitchen staff, by way of low heat radiation, easy cleaning, ergonomic design for comfort and security.
• Respect for the environment through low energy consumption and reduced need for noxious air extraction.
