This duck fat is ideal for pan-frying and enhancing a whole range of simple recipes (Sarladaise potatoes), a cep mushroom or other type of mushroom fricassée.

Instructions for use :
Duck fat can replace oil or butter. Once open, it can be kept for one month in the refrigerator.
