Euralis Gastronomie brinsg together 700 producers in the great western part of France: this represents nearly 9 million ducks and 300 000 geese, i.e. nearly 30% of foie gras production in France (raw and processed).
Together with Rougié, the company is the leader in export accounting for 35% of world foie gras exports, and also in catering outside (excluding home) in France, with nearly 30% of sales on this market.
